Molly just can't get enough of food. Good food. Growing up on a farm in
Florida provided her with a unique appreciation of how food gets to our table. She packed up that farm-to-table
sensibility and took it to college where she earned her degree in Nutrition.
After years of teaching people what to eat, she now teaches people how to eat. Molly created Tastebud in 2007 to
channel her passion for food. Through her cooking, writing, teaching and personal & media appearances, Molly
engages eaters in her food philosophies - pleasing vegetarians and omnivores alike; using local, sustainably produced
ingredients; and, the special enjoyment that can be derived from taking a meal with friends and family.
Molly has written and published a series of CD-ROMs for entertaining at home. Like a party therapist, her recipes,
